Belle Style Designs was born from a chance encounter and a shared passion for transforming properties. Years ago, while flipping houses on parallel paths, Nikki needed a painter for a project she was working on, after some searching, she came across Shastine. Nikki was Shastine’s first client, and now 5 years later, that job turned into a partnership soon after, the two began working hand-in-hand on renovation projects.

For the past five years, they built their own businesses while continuing to collaborate behind the scenes. In 2024, they decided to officially merge forces to scale their impact and that’s when Belle Style Designs & Restorations was born.
Today, they lead a powerhouse renovation company that caters to real estate investors, offering full-service flips from design to project management delivering turnkey, turn key head-turning homes built to sell.
